To ensure optimal matching, educators are encouraged to share their dream careers or desired employers during the application process helping to help ensure they are matched with opportunities that align with their passions and interests.

Matching Educators with Employers
We paired eductors with NYC employers based on shared interests. A final call ensures alignment and establishes a foundation for meaningful collaboration.

Workplace Visits and Planning
During winter or spring breaks, educators visit workplaces to meet teams, explore culture, and understand projects. These visits help shape their summer roles.

Step 4
Collaborative Planning
The educator cohort collaborates in group sessions to design cohesive, innovative summer internship plans tailored to employer and educator goals.

Step 5
Youth Recruitment and Selection
In April, educators recruit students from their schools with aligned interests, ensuring a strong connection between student passions and the summer experience.

Summer Experience
In July, the summer program commences with educators and students embarking on impactful on-site experiences, collaborating with employer partners on real-world projects.
